The table beet variety "BORODAYA ZVEZDA" belongs to mid-early and mid-maturing crops with a growing period of 80 to 110 days after seedling emergence. The roots have a round shape, are partially immersed in the soil almost two-thirds, and weigh between 250 and 500 grams. The flesh is a rich dark red color without radial rings, sweet and tender, making this variety particularly attractive for culinary use and processing. The skin is dark red-violet, and the taste is excellent.
"BORODAYA ZVEZDA" is highly resistant to major diseases, ensuring crop stability and good keeping quality during winter storage. The variety is also relatively drought-resistant, allowing cultivation in various climatic conditions.
