Description BYCHOK
The Bychok eggplant is an early-maturing hybrid with a tall, semi-spreading plant reaching a height of 1 to 1.2 meters. Bushes feature large green leaves with slight wrinkling and a weakly wavy edge. The plant stem is slightly hairy and lacks anthocyanin coloration. Support with tying is recommended to maintain plants, but special shaping is not required.

The Bychok eggplant fruits have a pear shape with a rich dark purple color and a characteristic strong glossy surface. The mass of each fruit varies from 180 to 260 grams. The fruit calyx is equipped with rare spines. The pulp differs in white or slightly greenish shade, tender, and without bitterness, making this variety particularly attractive for home cooking, including preparing caviar and pickling.

The Bychok hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching 6.5-7 kg per square meter when grown under film coverings. Plants are resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and withstand stressful conditions well, ensuring stable fruiting and excellent market quality. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under film coverings.
