Description BELAVINKA
Beetroot chard "Belavinka" is a variety bred within the framework of work by the All-Russian Research Institute for Breeding and Seed Production of Vegetable Crops. It is known for its resistance to boltiness at low temperatures, which makes it suitable for cultivation in a wide range of climatic conditions. The leaf rosette is erect, large and slightly spreading, reaching a height of 52–70 cm, and leaves have a long-stalked, elongated-oval shape with dark green coloring.

The leaves of "Belavinka" are distinguished by their large size and smooth surface, sometimes slightly bumpy. The leaf edge is entire, which increases resistance to mechanical damage. The variety is characterized by a medium level of resistance to diseases and an early maturity period, which allows for quick harvest. Sowing in open ground is usually carried out in early May at a depth of 2.5 cm; with proper care, multiple cutting is allowed.

This greenery is valued for its tasty and useful leaves, which are used both in salads and in borscht, stewed dishes and other culinary recipes. Due to high yield and ease of cultivation, "Belavinka" has become one of the most popular beetroot chard varieties among gardeners.
