GOLDEN FAN

Golden Fan Chard is a mid-early variety that starts bearing fruit just 60‑65 days after full germination. The leaf rosette has a semi-upright character and reaches a height of up to 65 cm, making the plant compact and convenient for growing both in open ground and in containers.

The leaves of this variety are green and highly glossy, while the stalks are bright yellow and slightly curved. Due to its resistance to bolting, the plant recovers quickly after cutting individual leaves, allowing for a constant harvest throughout the season. Young leaves and stalks are tender and lightly sweet without bitterness, making them ideal for use in home cooking.

'Golden Fan' is perfect for fresh consumption in salads as well as for steaming, frying, baking, or making pastries. The leaves can be canned, and the bright blistered leaves with yellow stalks will add color and flavor to any dish, making it not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing.
