Skin is thin, flesh is dense and tender, without bitterness, making this variety especially attractive for home cooking and various processing methods, including slicing into rings, drying, and freezing. Fruits are well-suited for long-distance transportation, maintaining turgor, gloss, and taste qualities during prolonged storage and sale. The Estelle F1 hybrid is characterized by high and stable yield, as well as universal use. It is suitable for preparing various dishes, canning, and freezing. For cultivation, seedlings are recommended, sown at a depth of about 1 cm in trays or special containers.
