The sugar beet hybrid AKAZIA KWS belongs to the normal-sugar type with a vegetation period ranging from 130 to 150 days. This variety is characterized by high yield and high sugar content in the juice, making it attractive for processing. It is recommended for early and medium harvest times, allowing for high-quality harvest at optimal periods.

AKAZIA KWS exhibits resistance to major pathogenic diseases, including powdery mildew, fusarium, aphanomyces, and cercospora, as well as tolerance to rhizomania. Regular monitoring for pests and diseases during the vegetation period, with application of plant protection products when necessary, is recommended to maintain plant health.

The hybrid's distinguishing features include moderately wide, light-green leaves positioned on long vertical petioles, which promote effective photosynthesis and good inter-row ventilation. The root has a conical shape and is almost entirely buried in the soil, with a small root beard that easily detaches during harvest, ensuring clean roots for delivery to processing.
