Shaman

The 'Shaman' variety of table beet is a versatile medium-early, high-yielding variety with a vegetation period of 110 to 130 days. The roots are cylindrical with a pointed tip, uniform in size, weighing from 230 to 370 grams and up to 7 cm in diameter. The flesh is dark red, juicy, tender, without light radial rings, has a sweet taste and excellent flavor qualities. The leaf rosette is small, and the strong, upright stem facilitates harvest.
