Description BARYNYA
Beet BARYNYA® is a mid-season vegetable variety with a maturation period of 100 to 120 days from germination to technical maturity. The roots of this variety are round, smooth, with a red skin and dark red, juicy flesh without rings, ensuring excellent taste and high product quality. The mass of the roots varies from 90 to 220 grams, making them convenient for various culinary purposes.

The BARYNYA® variety is distinguished by stable yields ranging from 3.6 to 6.9 kg per square meter, as well as good uniformity of the roots. It is resistant to bolting and cold-hardy, allowing it to be grown in various climatic conditions. Sowing is recommended in late April – early May with a seed sowing depth of 2.0-2.5 cm and a pattern of 6x30 cm.

Beet BARYNYA® is widely used in cooking due to its taste qualities and versatility. The roots are excellent for boiling, making juices, salads, soups, stuffing, and canning. Thanks to its good storability, the variety retains its properties during the winter period, making it a popular choice among gardeners and home growers.
