BAKUROVY SHAR

BAKUROVY SHAR is a table beet of early and mid-season maturity, distinguished by high commercial yield and excellent taste qualities. The roots have an oval shape with smooth skin and a dark burgundy or purple-red hue with a purple tint. The weight of one root varies from 210 to 500 grams, depending on growing conditions and variety. The beet pulp is juicy, tender, dark red in color, with minimally noticeable concentric rings, giving it an attractive appearance and pleasant taste.

This variety is versatile in application: it is used both in fresh form and in boiled, pickled, or baked state. Thanks to excellent storage ability and the ability to maintain its qualities under proper storage conditions, the beet "BAKUROVY SHAR" is suitable for long-term autumn-winter storage, which allows using it in cuisine throughout the cold season. Moreover, the variety is suitable for processing and growing for early bunch production.

For successful growing, it is recommended to plant the beet on light, fertile, and well-moistened soils, which promotes even root development and achieving a high yield of up to 7 kg per square meter. The vegetation period is from 80 to 105 days depending on specific conditions, which allows obtaining an early crop and using the beet for various culinary purposes.
