Spinach ILYA MUROMETS

Spinach «Ilya Muromets» is a new fast-maturing variety of green culture, characterized by rapid growth and high yield. The first harvest of greens can be made as early as 21-25 days after germination. The rosettes of this variety are large, weighing from 65 to 95 grams, which ensures a significant volume of product from each plant.

The leaves of spinach «Ilya Muromets» are tender, juicy, and have a neutral taste, making them universal for various methods of use. This variety is excellent for consumption fresh, as well as for thermal processing and freezing, while maintaining its taste and nutritional qualities. Thanks to high cold resistance, spinach does not bolt for a long time, which increases its harvesting period and allows obtaining a stable yield.

In addition, the «Ilya Muromets» variety is distinguished by a rich vitamin-mineral complex, which makes it a useful and nutritious vegetable. The yield is from 2.5 to 3.0 kilograms per square meter, which makes this variety attractive for growing both in private households and for commercial purposes.
