Eggplant BEYONSE

The Beyonce F1 eggplant is an early-maturing hybrid developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan, intended for cultivation in protected environments, specifically in glazed greenhouses. The plant is compact and robust, with an open bush structure and healthy leaves, which facilitates care and promotes high yield. The variety is shade-tolerant and disease-resistant, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions.

Beyonce eggplant fruits have an oval shape and a rich dark purple color with a glossy surface, which is maintained even under suboptimal growing conditions. Fruit weight ranges from 125 to 270 grams, allowing them to be used for both home cooking and canning. Marketable yield reaches 98.3%, and the taste score is 5 points, indicating excellent flavor qualities. Additionally, the fruits contain significant amounts of vitamin C and dry matter, enhancing their nutritional value.

The Beyonce variety is characterized by high yield—up to 23 kg per square meter, making it profitable for commercial cultivation. Due to its characteristics and adaptation to conditions in Russia and other regions, this hybrid has been included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements approved for use in the territory of the Russian Federation. Beyonce eggplant will be an excellent choice for those who value early maturity, stable yield, and high-quality fruits.
