POVER spinach is an early variety of vegetable crop intended for cultivation in agriculture both in open and protected ground. This variety is characterized by its rapid maturity: the period from germination to technical maturity is only 20-30 days. POVER spinach leaves are wide, smooth, and glossy, of a rich green color, located on short petioles, giving the plant an attractive appearance. Thanks to its resistance to low temperatures and bolting, POVER is suitable for autumn and spring sowing, providing a stable yield even under unfavorable climatic conditions.
POVER spinach is characterized by high resistance to diseases and frost, which allows growing it at low temperatures without the risk of yield loss. The plant does not require complex care, however, to obtain a quality and abundant yield, regular watering, weeding, and thinning are necessary. The seeds of this variety are small, there are 120 to 170 pieces in one gram, and the sowing rate is from 0.27 to 3 grams per square meter, which allows optimal planning of sowings.
This spinach variety is not only convenient to grow but also possesses high nutritional value. The leaves contain vitamins A, C, E, K, PP, group B, and a multitude of trace elements, including iron, which makes POVER spinach especially beneficial for health. Regular consumption of this vegetable contributes to the elimination of toxins from the body, increased hemoglobin levels, as well as normalization of the pancreas and intestines. POVER spinach is widely used both for fresh consumption and for processing, which makes it a universal and in-demand product.
