The sorghum-sudangrass hybrid «GUARDEETS» is an early-maturing agricultural crop primarily intended for green mass production. This variety features an upright bush with medium branching, a long stem, and a moderate number of leaves with wide blades and a white midrib. During ripening, the stem core dries out, and the spikelet scales turn brick-red. The panicle is pyramidal and upright, while the seeds are elliptical and light brown in color. The seedling anthocyanin pigmentation of the hybrid is average, indicating its adaptive properties. The variety «GUARDEETS» is included in the State Register for several regions of Russia, confirming its broad adaptation and resistance to various climatic conditions. It demonstrates high dry matter yield in silage mass, achieving an average of 90.8 ц/ha in the Central Black Earth region, 74.8 ц/ha on the North Caucasus, and 83.0 ц/ha in the Lower Volga region. These figures make the hybrid attractive for farmers focused on feed production. The hybrid «GUARDEETS» is distinguished by high disease resistance and stable growth, ensuring reliability and efficiency of cultivation in various agro-climatic zones. It belongs to grain-feed crops widely used in animal husbandry for feeding livestock. Thanks to its agronomic characteristics and adaptability, this variety is a modern solution for increasing the productivity of agricultural enterprises.
