In Memory of Kunakbaev is a winter rye variety developed in Bashkortostan and created by the FSBSI «Bashkir Research Institute of Agriculture». It belongs to the diploid form and is characterized by late maturity with a growing season ranging from 307 to 345 days. Plants reach heights from 78 to 111 cm, while the weight of 1000 grains varies between 21.6-36.7 g. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness and drought resistance, which allows it to be successfully grown in various climatic conditions.

This variety has a high productivity and lodging resistance, contributing to stable and high yields. Potential yield can exceed 80 c/ha, with about 43.1 c/ha in the Volga-Vyatka region, and 31.7 c/ha in the Urals.
