MININSKAYA

Winter rye of the Mininskaya variety is a medium-late grain variety developed by FGBNU «Krasnoyarsk Research Institute of Agriculture». This variety was created with the participation of genotypes such as Mininskaya, Eniseika, Short-stemmed 69 and has a reduced content of water-soluble pentosans, which ranges from 0.5 to 0.8%. The height of the plants varies from 104 to 143 cm, and the weight of 1000 grains reaches 24-35 grams, indicating good density and grain quality.

MININSKAYA is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought resistance and lodging resistance, which makes it a reliable choice for cultivation in harsh climatic conditions. The average yield of the variety in the region is about 26.7 centners per hectare, confirming its productivity and adaptability to the East Siberian region, including such territories as Irkutsk Oblast, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Republic of Buryatia, Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, Tuva Republic, and Khakassia.

The Mininskaya variety is recommended for use in agriculture as a high-quality grain with improved technological characteristics. Thanks to the reduction in water-soluble pentosans content, the grains of this variety have better performance for processing and use in the food industry. Its resistance to adverse weather conditions and high yield make Mininskaya a popular variety among farmers in the region.
