The glabrousness of the penultimate leaf blade is absent or weakly expressed, and the anthocyanin coloration of the auricles is absent, which is a distinctive feature of this variety. The broken grain has a short or medium length and a semi-circular shape, with a 1000-grain weight ranging from 24 to 27 grams.
'AZOVSKIY' is distinguished by its high resistance to lodging and shattering, which enhances its reliability during cultivation and harvest collection.
