The variety is characterized by good winter hardiness, medium drought resistance, and heat tolerance, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions of the Western Siberian region. Harmful diseases and pests affect the variety to a moderate degree: powdery mildew up to 2 points, white spot up to 0.5 points, brown spot up to 2 points, strawberry mite up to 1 point. In heavy snow winters, slight rotting of rhizomes is observed, reaching 12%. The yield of the variety according to applicant data is 163.3 centners per hectare, indicating its high productivity. Research conducted in scientific institutes of Siberia confirms the high marketable and technological qualities of the ACADEMIC KHABAROV variety. It was bred as a result of crossing with various varieties and hybrids, which allowed combining large fruit size and high yield. Average berry weight exceeds the indicators of many similar varieties, while taste and aroma make it attractive to consumers. The variety is recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe zone of the Altai Privo and Western Siberian region, where it demonstrates resistance to adverse factors and ensures a stable collection of quality yield.
