Viola radish variety is a mid-late or late-maturing variety with bright purple root color and white, juicy pulp. The maturation period is from 35 to 40 days, allowing cultivation in open ground throughout the growing season. The roots are round in shape, average size, and weight up to 40 grams. The skin is thin and tender, while the pulp has a buttery texture and sweet taste, making this radish particularly attractive to consumers.

The Viola variety is characterized by high resistance to bolting and cracking, ensuring a stable yield even under summer growing conditions. Plants have large dark green leaves with a rough surface. Due to the high content of anthocyanins and other useful substances, this radish is not only tasty but also healthy. The yield reaches up to 5.0 kg per square meter, making the variety economically advantageous for cultivation.

A feature of the variety is its ability to store roots in the cold for up to 60 days without loss of taste qualities, which significantly expands storage and usage possibilities. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to use fertile, moistened and fertilized soils, as well as possible cultivation under film. Sowing of seeds is carried out twice a year - in March and September, which allows obtaining fresh radish in different seasons.
