Radish 16 DAYS

The '16 Days' radish variety is an ultra-early root vegetable that fully matures in just 16-22 days after sowing. This variety is characterized by uniform crop formation and high yield, allowing for early production of high-quality product with excellent taste characteristics. The roots are round-shaped with bright red skin and juicy white flesh without bitterness; the average weight of one fruit is between 15 and 25 grams. The plant leaves are medium-sized, green, and form an upright, lush rosette.

The '16 Days' variety is distinguished by high cold resistance and is capable of germinating at temperatures as low as 3-4 °C. Optimal growth conditions for radish are temperatures between 12 and 18 °C, and the plant can withstand short-term frosts down to -2-3 °C. Thanks to its resistance to long-day conditions, this radish is not prone to bolting and fruit quality deterioration, which allows it to be grown even during the summer period. The variety is well-adapted for cultivation both in open ground and under film covers and greenhouses, which expands its usage possibilities in various climatic conditions.

'16 Days' radish is ideal for early spring harvesting and use in fresh salads due to its soft, refreshing taste and lack of bitterness. Sowing is recommended in open ground from March to May and from August to September, with a seed sowing depth of 1-1.5 cm. This variety is resistant to cracking and flowering, which ensures stable quality and an attractive appearance of the crop.
