CRANBERRY IN SUGAR RADISH

The "Cranberry in Sugar" radish variety is an early-maturing vegetable that reaches technical maturity in just 20-25 days from the first seedlings. The root crops of this variety have an oval shape with a diameter of about 4-5 cm and a weight of 30-40 grams. The skin of the radish is thin and red, while the flesh is white, tender, juicy, and crisp with a slight spiciness, giving the vegetable an interesting sharp taste that will be appreciated by lovers of piquant products.

The plant forms a compact rosette of light-green leaves with characteristic cuts at the ends. For the successful cultivation of "Cranberry in Sugar" radish, regular watering is required, especially in hot weather, as well as soil loosening. Sowing is recommended under film in early April or in open ground from May, observing a scheme of 10 by 4 cm, without deepening the seeds.

This radish variety is excellent for fresh consumption and use in salads, snacks, and okroshka. Thanks to the uniform root crops and attractive appearance, it is also in demand for bulk harvesting in bunches and sales in fresh markets.
