Mars

MARS radish is an early-maturing and high-yield hybrid characterized by a short leaf rosette and a compact shape. The rootstocks of this variety have an oval shape, dark red color with a pleasant gloss, reaching a diameter of up to 4 cm and a mass of up to 30 grams. The radish flesh is snow-white, dense, crunchy, very tender and juicy, does not form cavities, does not become flabby or tough, which makes it particularly attractive to consumers.

The MARS variety is characterized by high resistance to bolting and cracking, and also withstands both high and low temperatures well, allowing it to be grown in various climatic conditions, including southern regions. The period from germination to technical maturity is only 25 days, which makes this radish one of the earliest and most effective for obtaining marketable products.

In addition to its attractive appearance and taste qualities, MARS radish is rich in vitamins and biologically active substances, including mustard oil with antimicrobial properties and anthocyanins with antioxidant properties.
