Broccoli Stirling F1 — a late-maturing universal hybrid developed by the French seed company Clause. The plant features a strong and balanced root system, providing good resistance to temperature fluctuations and adaptability for both open-field and greenhouse cultivation. The hybrid is suitable for two-crop rotations across all regions of Ukraine, demonstrating consistent quality and high yields.

The heads of broccoli Stirling have a crown-shaped, round form and a vibrant green color, giving them an attractive market appearance. The flower heads are dense, composed of small beads, and the thick stem contains no voids, enhancing quality and maintaining appearance during transportation. Head weights typically range from 600 to 800 grams, but often reach over 1 kilogram.

The maturation period of the hybrid varies from 65 to 80 days after transplanting, making it suitable for both fresh market use and processing or freezing. Broccoli Stirling is ideal for fresh consumption and various culinary preparations, thanks to its dense structure and rich flavor.
