Chernavka

The Chervylka radish variety is a mid-season root crop with a period from germination to technical maturity of 105–110 days. The root crops are round in shape, 8–10 cm in diameter and weigh 240–260 g. They have black, slightly rough skin and white, dense, juicy flesh of weakly pungent taste. The leaf rosette is vertical, with large green leaves and weakly hairy petioles 10–15 cm long. The root crop is buried in the soil for about one-eighth of its length and is easily pulled out.

The Chervylka variety is distinguished by high resistance to drought and low temperatures, which makes it hardy and suitable for growing under various climatic conditions. It has high marketability and transportability, which allows to maintain product quality during transportation and long-term storage. It is recommended to grow in open ground and under film with sowing from mid-July according to a 30х15 cm scheme, which ensures a yield of 7–8 kg per square meter.

Radish Chervylka is intended for fresh consumption and long-term storage during the winter period, while not losing its taste qualities. In addition, it has bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it beneficial for health. Harvest times vary from June to September, allowing to obtain a fresh product for a long time.
