The time to maturity from seedling emergence is 16–18 days, allowing for the quick production of fresh and nutritious fruits. Seeds are sown at a depth of 1-2 cm, which promotes rapid and uniform plant growth.
Alex radish roots have a rich red color and a round shape, with a fruit mass of 15 to 20 grams. The fruits are uniform, do not crack or wilt, ensuring their attractive appearance and high quality. The flesh is white, firm, with a delicate sweet taste, making the radish especially pleasant to eat fresh.
