Minua F1 radish is an early hybrid that is excellent for growing both bulk and bunch crops. The root crops have a bright red color, round shape, and a diameter of about 5 cm. They feature uniform, excellent flesh without hollows and have smooth, shiny skin. Thanks to resistance to cracking and bolting, the radish maintains an attractive appearance and high quality throughout the growing period.
This hybrid is well-adapted to various cultivation conditions, including open ground and film greenhouses. Minua radish is characterized by high stress tolerance, which allows for successful cultivation in different climatic zones and seasons. Seeds germinate at temperatures from +1 to +2 ºC, while a temperature range of +15-18 ºC is necessary for normal plant development. At excessively high temperatures and with insufficient lighting, active foliage growth occurs, which should be taken into account when caring for plants.
For sowing, radish seeds are recommended to be placed in pre-moistened furrows, covered with loose soil, and compacted without additional watering. The plot is then covered with a layer of peat or manure about 2 cm thick and covered with film overnight until seedlings appear. Under favorable weather conditions, the first sprouts appear within 3-4 days after sowing. This approach ensures fast and even radish growth, allowing for a quality harvest in a short time.
