The commercial tuber mass varies from 101 to 128 grams, and the number of tubers per plant ranges from 6 to 11.
The variety is characterized by high commercial yield, reaching 211-298 centners per hectare, with a maximum yield of 318 centners at the level of the best standards. Starch content in tubers ranges from 19.2% to 25.4%, one of the highest among table varieties. The potato has excellent taste and belongs to culinary type D, making it ideal for baking and mashing. The variety's commercial quality is 88-95%, and storability reaches 88%, ensuring good harvest preservation.
Zdabytak is resistant to potato cancer pathogen and weakly affected by golden potato cyst nematode. According to phytopathological studies, the variety is moderately susceptible to foliage and moderately resistant to late blight in tubers. The breeder is the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Potato and Vegetable Crop Research.
