Description VycheGodskiy
The VycheGodskiy potato variety is a medium-early table variety characterized by high commercial yield and good taste qualities. The plant is of medium height and intermediate type with semi-erect growth habit. Leaves are small or medium-sized, green, with medium-sized flower clusters lacking or having very weak anthocyanin pigmentation on the inner side.

The tubers are oval-round in shape with small eyes, covered with yellow skin, and have light-yellow flesh. The weight of commercial tubers varies from 90 to 107 grams. Starch content in tubers ranges from 13.7 to 17.5%, ensuring good taste and excellent culinary qualities. The commercial yield of the variety reaches 86%, and storability is 91%, indicating good tuber preservation during storage.

The VycheGodskiy variety exhibits resistance to potato cancer pathogen and golden potato cyst nematode, enhancing its reliability in cultivation. However, it is moderately susceptible to phytophthora blight affecting foliage and tubers. The yield of this variety ranges from 216 to 264 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 399 centners — 40 centners higher than the Visa standard in the Republic of Karelia.
