King Rasset potato is a mid-early variety characterized by high market yield and resistance to a range of diseases. The tubers have an elongated-oval shape with small or medium-depth eyes, yellow skin, and white flesh. The average marketable tuber weight ranges from 100 to 178 grams, making this variety suitable for various processing and cooking methods. The starch content in the tubers is approximately 15.4%, which ensures good flavor and makes the variety particularly suitable for chip production.

One of the key features of King Rasset is its high resistance to diseases such as potato cancer (pathotype I), golden potato cyst nematode, and common scab. The variety also shows resistance to rhizoctonia, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss and enhancing product quality. The tuber storability reaches 93%, and marketability is 87%, indicating a long storage life and high product quality after harvest.

The yield of this variety ranges from 160 to 461 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 484 centners per hectare, which significantly exceeds the standards of some other varieties.
