PAFOS — a medium-maturing pepper hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is semi-spreading, reaching a height of about 60 cm, which ensures ease of care and harvesting. The maturation period is 110-115 days, allowing for a stable harvest at optimal times.

PAFOS fruits have a drooping, prism-shaped form with a glossy surface. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity, they turn deep red. Fruit weight ranges from 120 to 150 grams, with a wall thickness of 6-8 mm. The flesh is juicy and sweet with a distinctive spicy aroma, making this pepper versatile for both fresh consumption and culinary use.

The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 6 kg per square meter (or 60-65 tons per hectare), as well as resistance to verticillium wilt. Additionally, PAFOS exhibits enhanced tolerance to adverse weather conditions and provides prolonged fruiting. These qualities make it especially attractive for large-scale production.
