Antoshka

Antosha pepper variety is medium-maturing, ripening within 115-130 days. The plant has a compact form and reaches a height of 50-60 cm. The fruits of this variety are drooping, conical, and glossy; they are light green in technical ripeness and dark red in biological ripeness. Fruit weight ranges from 100 to 150 grams, with a wall thickness of up to 6 mm, ensuring excellent taste.

The yield of this variety under film cover is 6.4-6.8 kg per square meter. A distinctive feature of the variety is the plant’s ability to simultaneously form up to 20 well-aligned fruits, significantly increasing harvest efficiency. These characteristics make the Antosha variety attractive for cultivation both in open ground and under film cover.

Antosha pepper is recommended for fresh consumption due to its excellent taste. It is also suitable for preservation, including pickling and preparation of the traditional dish 'lecho'. These qualities make the variety versatile and in demand for both home use and commercial cultivation.
