Description

Figaro F1 is a mid-early, high-yielding hybrid of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in various types of greenhouses, including plastic-covered ones. The vegetative period ranges from 65 to 75 days after transplanting seedlings. Plants have medium to high growth vigor and medium internodes, which contribute to forming strong, well-leafed bushes. Leaves densely cover the fruits, protecting them from sunburn and ensuring high-quality harvests under various climatic conditions, including lower temperatures in greenhouses and high temperatures outdoors. Figaro pepper fruits have a cube-like shape with four chambers and thick walls, making them dense and fleshy. Fruit mass varies from 180 to 220 grams, with dimensions approximately 9-11 cm in length and 8-9 cm in diameter. In technical maturity, fruits are dark green, turning bright red or crimson upon reaching biological maturity. This color and shape make the pepper attractive to consumers and convenient for culinary use. The Figaro hybrid exhibits high resistance to common viral diseases, such as Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) and Potato Virus Y race 0,1 (PVY 0,1). This trait significantly reduces the risk of crop loss and ensures stable production. Thanks to its characteristics and adaptability, Figaro F1 is a universal choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain a high-quality, abundant harvest of sweet pepper.
