Description BIVEN
Biven — an early-maturing variety of sweet bell pepper, distinguished by large conical fruits of bright red color when fully ripe. Plants are medium-sized, reaching a height of 50 to 70 cm, with strong stems and spreading form. Fruits weighing up to 300 grams and up to 25 cm long have thick walls of 7–8 mm, ensuring juicy and succulent texture. The flavor is sweet with a pleasant aroma reminiscent of ripe apples, making it especially appealing for fresh consumption and various culinary purposes.

The Biven variety is characterized by high yield and disease resistance, allowing cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. In open ground, one plant can produce 10–12 fruits, with yield reaching 2.6–3 kg per square meter, while in greenhouses — up to 5 kg per square meter. The pepper tolerates drought well and is rich in carotene, enhancing its nutritional value.

Biven is versatile in use: it is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, canning, and preparing various dishes. Thanks to its succulent flesh and rich flavor, this variety will be an excellent choice for those who appreciate quality and aromatic vegetables in their diet.
