KVAĐRO RED

Kvadro Red pepper is a medium-early, large-fruited Siberian variety suitable for cultivation in both open and protected soil. Plants of this variety reach a height of up to 65 cm, have a compact and sturdy form, allowing them to withstand the load of 10-15 large fruits. Due to its robustness and resilience, Kvadro Red adapts well to various soils and growing conditions, demonstrating high yield with proper care, including regular watering and mineral feeding. The fruits of Kvadro Red pepper have a distinctive four-chambered cubic shape, weighing between 250 to 350 grams, with wall thickness of 7-8 mm. In technical maturity, they are dark green with a sea wave tint, distinguishing this variety from others. As they ripen, the fruits develop a shiny bright red color, becoming very attractive and appetizing. In addition to appearance, the variety stands out for its excellent taste and delicate spicy aroma. Kvadro Red is recommended for fresh consumption as well as for all types of processing. To achieve maximum yield, it is important to maintain watering and feeding regimes with complex mineral fertilizers, and to harvest fruits at technical maturity. Sowing for seedlings is conducted 60-70 days before transplanting into the ground, with an optimal germination temperature of 26-28 °C. When transplanting, 5-7 plants per square meter are placed, ensuring effective space utilization and high yield.
