Description Kanareyka
CANARY — a medium-maturing sweet pepper variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is semi-spreading, of medium height, with dark green, smooth leaves of medium and large size. Fruits have a prism-shaped form, a glossy surface, and a downward orientation. In technical maturity, the fruits are dark green, and in biological maturity — dark yellow. Each fruit weighs approximately 80-90 grams, has a wall thickness of 6-7 mm, and contains 3-4 seed cavities. The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 6-7 kg per square meter, with the plant simultaneously forming 6-8 fruits. The peppers have excellent taste qualities: they are juicy, sweet, suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for all types of processing and canning. CANARY is distinguished by uniform fruiting and even fruit size, which facilitates harvesting and increases the market appeal of the product. Additionally, the variety is resistant to sharp temperature fluctuations, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. High adaptability and stable yield allow this pepper to be used both in amateur and commercial cultivation, ensuring a steady and high-quality harvest.
