Description BELOZERKA
Sweet pepper variety 'Belozherka' is a medium-maturing, high-yielding Hungarian-type variety, ripening in an average of 110-125 days from emergence. The plant is medium-height, reaching about 70 cm, with good foliage and semi-spreading bush form. This variety is characterized by high growth energy and intense fruiting, which contributes to steady and uniform harvest ripening. Belozherka quickly adapts to changing growing conditions and is recommended for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses and polytunnels. The fruits of 'Belozherka' pepper have a conical shape with a pointed tip, measuring 9-11 cm in length and 95-150 g in weight. Fruit walls are 5-6 mm thick, ensuring their density and good flesh structure. At technical maturity, fruits are colored ivory or greenish-white, while at biological maturity, they turn bright red or yellow-white. The flesh is moderately juicy, uniform, sufficiently dense, with pronounced flavor and aroma, making this variety especially valuable for fresh consumption, culinary use, canning, and freezing. Variety 'Belozherka' exhibits high resistance to wilting, Alternaria, viral diseases, and tip rot, as well as good tolerance to temperature fluctuations. The harvest has good transportability and long storage duration without loss of flavor and appearance. To increase yield, regular watering and feeding of plants are recommended, promoting strong and healthy bushes. Due to its characteristics and universal application, 'Belozherka' pepper is an excellent choice for gardeners and farmers aiming to obtain a quality and flavorful harvest.
