Pepper variety "Vernoie Serdtse" is a medium-maturing variety with a maturation period from emergence to fruiting of 105-115 days. This variety is suitable for cultivation in greenhouses, temporary plastic coverings, and open ground, making it versatile for various climatic conditions. The plant is medium-sized, reaching up to 120 cm in height, requiring staking and removal of lateral branches and leaves up to the first fork for proper bush formation.

The fruits of pepper "Vernoie Serdtse" have a prism-conical shape, smooth surface, and weigh from 95 to 130 grams, sometimes reaching 160 grams. They are distinguished by their strength and good transportability, allowing them to maintain quality during transport. The fruit wall thickness is 6-7 mm, ensuring their density and juiciness. In technical maturity, the fruits have a yellow color, while in biological maturity — a rich red, indicating full ripeness and readiness for consumption.

Cultivation of this variety begins with sowing seedlings at the end of February, followed by transplanting in the 1-2 true leaf stage. Transplanting into greenhouses occurs at the end of May, following a planting scheme of 40x60 cm. Average yield is 4.5-5.0 kg per square meter. The fruits of this variety are ideal for making salads, canning, and stuffing, thanks to their flavor, density, and attractive appearance.
