FIRE-BIRD

The Fire-Bird onion belongs to early varieties with tender, upright leaves ranging from 30 to 45 cm in length and a pleasant green color. The plants possess excellent taste qualities and an average weight of 35 to 55 grams. This variety is distinguished by high cold resistance, which allows for cultivation in various climatic conditions and obtaining a stable yield.

Seeds are sown in early spring in furrows with a distance between them of 20 to 30 cm. After seedlings emerge, plants are thinned out, leaving a 5-10 cm gap between them for optimal growth. Onion care includes regular weeding, soil loosening, and timely watering, which promotes the formation of healthy and juicy greens.

Harvesting is carried out as greens form and continues until frost sets in. After bulk cutting, leaves can regrow, allowing for multiple harvests per season. The Fire-Bird onion is excellent for garnishing dishes thanks to its taste qualities and attractive appearance.
