RED KING

The fruits of 'Red King' are large, cube-shaped or conical, with thick walls measuring 5 to 10 mm. Fruit weight varies from 105-125 g to 250-300 g depending on growing conditions and specific hybrid variety. At technical maturity, the fruits have a white-yellow hue, while at full ripeness, they turn into a vibrant red color. The skin is smooth and tender, and the fruit flavor is sweet, juicy, and aromatic.

This variety is versatile in use: fruits are ideal for fresh consumption, canning, stewing, frying, and especially suitable for stuffing. Thanks to their good storability and transportability, 'Red King' pepper is convenient for storage and transportation. It is recommended to sow seedlings at the end of February, followed by transplanting into greenhouses at the end of May; after transplanting, lateral shoots should be removed and plants should be supported on stakes for optimal growth.
