VERNOST'

Bulgarian sweet pepper variety "Verность" is an early-maturing type developed by the All-Russian Research Institute of Plant Growing named after N.I. Vavilov and Pavlovsk Experimental Station. This variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to diseases, including infectious wilting. The fruits are conical, medium-sized, and turn red at full biological maturity. Due to its excellent taste qualities, "Verность" pepper is suitable for both fresh consumption and canning.

It is recommended to grow this variety in protected soil, especially in early spring polyethylene unheated greenhouses, as well as on sunny, wind-protected open ground plots. Seed sowing is conducted from February to April, followed by planting at intervals of 35 by 40 cm with a recommended density of approximately 4 plants per square meter. The yield of this variety ranges from 3.7 to 4.6 kg per square meter, making it profitable for both commercial and home cultivation.

"Verность" pepper is a valuable source of vitamin C and antioxidants such as carotenoids — beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin — which help protect cells and support eye health. Additionally, it contains B-vitamin group components, including vitamin B6 and folic acid, necessary for normal nervous system function and metabolic processes. Regular consumption of this pepper contributes to strengthening the immune system, improving skin condition, and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
