Pepper variety GOŁUBCHIK is medium-early and suitable for cultivation both in plastic greenhouses and in open ground. The vegetation period from seedlings to the start of fruiting is 115-125 days. The plant is semi-spreading, up to 70-80 cm tall, with good leafiness, which contributes to the quality development of fruits.

Fruits of the GOŁUBCHIK pepper have a conical shape and glossy surface. In technical ripeness, they are greenish-white, and in biological ripeness — bright red. The fruit wall thickness is 6-7 mm, and the mass of one fruit varies from 150 to 170 grams. The pepper is juicy and has a strong aroma, making it versatile for various culinary purposes.

This variety is widely used in everyday vegetable salads, festive appetizers, as well as for stuffing with meat and vegetables. Additionally, the fruits are suitable for canning, stewing, and baking. The yield of this variety reaches up to 4.7 kg per square meter. Sowing for seedlings is recommended in early March, and transplanting seedlings — at the end of May or beginning of June.
