Pepper SALTAN

The pepper variety SALTAN belongs to the medium-maturing types, with a period from germination to technical maturity of 130-135 days, and to biological maturity — 158-165 days. The plant is medium-height, reaching 45-60 cm, and is characterized by dense foliage. The fruits are flat-round, ruffled type, smooth and slightly ribbed, large, weighing from 100 to 150 grams. The fruit wall thickness is 8-10 mm, giving it juiciness and good density.

At the technical maturity stage, the fruits are light green, and upon reaching biological maturity, they turn dark red. The variety is distinguished by high taste qualities and sweet flavor, making it suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and canning. The yield of this variety is 30 to 70 tons per hectare, indicating its high productivity.
