The 'CATCH' sweet pepper variety was specifically bred for the conditions of the Far East and is recommended for cultivation in open ground in private households. The plant is low-growing, with a semi-branching bush and medium-sized green leaves with slight wrinkling. Fruits ripen in medium time, allowing harvest at optimal times for the region.

The pepper fruits have a conical shape and exhibit strong gloss. In technical ripeness, they are light green, and in biological ripeness, they turn into a deep red color. The fruit mass reaches 70-100 grams, and the wall thickness is 4.2-5.0 mm, making them sufficiently fleshy and dense. Inside, the fruits contain 2-3 seed chambers. The taste of fresh fruits is rated as good to excellent, making this variety universal for fresh consumption.

The 'CATCH' pepper is ideal for home cooking and preservation. It is especially valued for marinating, stuffing, and preparing the traditional dish 'lecho'. The variety has high yield — marketable fruits reach 95-104 centners per hectare, 40-52 centners higher than the 'Rassvet' standard. The marketable product output is 92-97%, indicating high efficiency for cultivation and processing.
