Description KRESTYANKA
Krestyanka carrot variety is a medium-maturing vegetable with a maturation period of 100 to 120 days. The roots have a cylindrical shape with a pointed tip, measuring 20 to 25 cm in length and weighing 130 to 200 grams. Their rich red-orange color and dense, juicy flesh with a thin core distinguish this variety from others. High carotene and sugar content (up to 7.3%) ensures excellent taste qualities and nutritional value.

Krestyanka variety is characterized by resistance to a complex of diseases, bolting, and root cracking, which contributes to uniform crop formation and high fruit uniformity. Due to good storability and transportability, the carrot retains its properties during storage and transport, making it convenient for commercial cultivation and marketing.

Krestyanka carrot is recommended for fresh consumption, as well as for juice production, culinary processing, and freezing. Optimal planting conditions include a distance between plants of 20 x 4 cm and a sowing depth of 2-3 cm. The variety's yield reaches 307 to 504 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity and popularity among vegetable growers.
