Fontan

The Fontain pepper variety is a high-yielding, early, low-growing type intended for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses. The plant is miniature, 25-30 cm tall, with a compact, densely foliated bush. The fruits are elongated-conical in shape, weighing up to 100 grams, pale in technical ripeness and pointing upward, turning red and drooping in biological ripeness. Fruit wall thickness reaches 6-7 mm, ensuring their density and good marketability.

The variety is characterized by intensive fruiting and a prolonged harvest period, making it especially valuable for gardeners. When planted in the ground, it is recommended to space plants at about 10 per square meter, which promotes optimal growth and maximum yield. For seedling sowing, seeds are sown 60-70 days before transplanting to the final location, with an optimal germination temperature of 26-28 degrees.

Fontain responds well to regular watering and feeding with complex mineral fertilizers, which promotes improved growth and increased yield. The compact bush type and miniature plant size allow efficient use of greenhouse and open ground areas, making this variety convenient and profitable for cultivation both in home and commercial settings.
