Bell pepper variety TAURUS, also known as Golden Taurus, is a medium-early, high-yielding variety with a vegetative period of 125-135 days. Plants are bush-type, reaching a height of 70-80 cm, with dark green, wrinkled leaves. Each plant produces 14 to 20 large, cubic-shaped fruits, which are green in technical maturity and bright yellow-orange in biological maturity. Fruit weight ranges from 200 to 300 grams, sometimes reaching 500 grams, with flesh thickness up to 1 cm. The pepper flesh is tender, juicy, and has a pronounced aroma, offering excellent flavor. Due to its dense structure and sweet taste, the fruits are ideal for fresh consumption, canning, and home cooking.
