GOLDEN CALF

The 'Golden Calf' pepper variety is a medium-ripening, high-yielding sweet pepper, distinguished by its disease resistance and tolerance to adverse weather conditions. Leaves are dark green and wrinkled, with 14 to 20 large fruits forming per plant.

The 'Golden Calf' pepper fruits are cube-shaped, fleshy, and thick-walled, weighing between 200 to 300 grams, sometimes reaching 500 grams. In technical ripeness, they are green, while in biological ripeness, they exhibit a vibrant yellow-orange hue. The flesh, up to 1 cm thick, is succulent, tender, and aromatic, with excellent flavor qualities.

This variety is versatile in application: its fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and are widely used for canning, pickling, and home cooking.
