STAR OF THE EAST WHITE

Star of the East White pepper is an early-maturing hybrid that ripens in 105-110 days and is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover. The plant is medium-height, semi-erect, and robust, reaching a height of about 50-60 cm. The fruits have a cube-shaped form with thick walls and a glossy surface. In technical maturity, they are cream-white, and in biological maturity, they turn red, weighing between 150 to 200 grams, very juicy and large. The yield is approximately 7-7.5 kg per square meter, making this variety highly productive.

The hybrid is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and verticillium wilt, enhancing its reliability in cultivation. The fruits possess excellent taste and commercial qualities, with a harmonious flavor and subtle aroma, high sugar and vitamin C content. Thanks to these characteristics, the pepper is suitable for both fresh consumption and preservation. Additionally, the variety is cold-tolerant and low-maintenance, simplifying its cultivation under various climatic conditions.
