Zyatek

Zyatek pepper variety is early maturing, with a period from germination to the start of technical ripeness of 110-115 days. The plant reaches a height of up to 110 cm and is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. The fruits are large, prismatic, glossy, and in biological ripeness acquire a deep red color, weighing from 180 to 200 grams. This variety is valued for its high yield, early maturing, cold resistance, as well as for the high quality and excellent taste of the fruits.

Zyatek pepper fruits are versatile in use: they are excellent for fresh consumption, widely used in home cooking, and suitable for all types of processing. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to sow seedlings in early March, followed by pinching in the phase of one true leaf. Seedlings are transplanted to their permanent location at the age of 60-65 days, following a 50x40 cm scheme. Plants require mandatory staking, as they may fall under the weight of the fruits.

To ensure good growth and abundant fruiting, timely watering, regular weeding and soil loosening, as well as mineral fertilization, are necessary. Such a complex of agronomic measures contributes to obtaining a high-quality yield of Zyatek pepper variety.
