KUBAN CONSERVING

In technical ripeness, fruit color is light green or greenish-white; in biological ripeness, it is vivid red. Fruit weight varies from 70 to 150 grams, with wall thickness of 4–6 mm, ensuring density and juiciness. Average fruit length reaches 7–9 cm. The variety has high marketability — about 95%, and sensory evaluation of flavor quality reaches 9 points, indicating excellent taste of fresh fruits. The variety is distinguished by high yield, reaching 45–48 tons per hectare, and responsiveness to high agronomic inputs, making it attractive for open-ground cultivation.
