Feya

The 'Fey' pepper variety is early-maturing, with a maturation period from germination to harvest of 92–112 days. The plant is compact, reaching a height of 45–65 cm, making it suitable for cultivation in limited spaces. The fruits have a drooping triangular shape and weigh 80–90 grams, providing a good size for various culinary purposes.

The fruit color changes during ripening: from light yellow to bright red. The wall thickness is 5–8 mm, which gives the fruits juiciness and tenderness of flesh. Thanks to these characteristics, the 'Fey' pepper is ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making stuffed dishes and frying.

The variety is characterized by high yield — 30–36 tons per hectare — and resistance to environmental stress. It does not shed flowers and fruit set under sharp fluctuations of daytime and nighttime temperatures, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest even under challenging climatic conditions.
